StoryRank User Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of user data associated with StoryRank.
What to include
- The email address used for your StoryRank account.
- The organization, Page, account, or integration your request concerns.
- Your Meta user ID, Business ID, Page ID, or other platform identifier if you know it.
- Whether you want StoryRank account deletion, integration disconnection, connected platform data deletion, or all applicable data deleted.
Verification
StoryRank may need to verify that you control the StoryRank account or have authority over the connected organization, Page, account, list, feed, or integration before deleting business or platform-connected data.
What we delete
After verification, StoryRank will delete or deactivate applicable account records, authentication/session data, integration credentials controlled by StoryRank, and app-stored user data associated with the verified request. Where feasible and authorized, StoryRank will also delete connected platform data stored inside StoryRank that is tied to the verified account or integration.
What may be retained
StoryRank may retain limited records where needed for security, legal compliance, audit integrity, backup recovery, dispute handling, or legitimate business reporting. Backup and log copies may remain for a limited period before they expire through normal retention processes.
Response timing
StoryRank will review deletion requests as promptly as practical. The target response time is within 7 days, and the target completion time for verified requests is within 30 days unless the request is unusually complex or a legal, security, or platform obligation requires a different timeline.
Remove platform access
You may also remove StoryRank access from your Meta or other connected platform account settings. Removing platform access may stop future collection but may not delete data already stored inside StoryRank; use the email request above for deletion from StoryRank.
