StoryRank Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of StoryRank, an internal analytics and publishing operations dashboard for authorized business users.
Authorized use
You may use StoryRank only if you are authorized by the organization that operates or controls the connected accounts, Pages, lists, feeds, assets, or content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of StoryRank is lawful and permitted by your organization.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your StoryRank credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify StoryRank promptly at storyrank@brightkeep.com if you believe your account or an integration credential has been compromised.
Connected platforms
StoryRank works with third-party platforms and services, including Meta. By connecting an account, Page, feed, list, or other source, you authorize StoryRank to access, store, process, display, and act on data from that source as needed to provide the service. You must comply with the terms, policies, and permission limits of each connected platform.
Content and publishing operations
You are responsible for content, assets, captions, feed sources, Page selections, publishing decisions, and automation settings configured in StoryRank. StoryRank does not guarantee that connected platforms will accept, display, keep available, or report on any content, post, Reel, video, or FB Story.
Operational data
StoryRank may store snapshots, logs, raw response evidence, errors, and audit records to support reporting, troubleshooting, security, and operational continuity. These records may include business data from connected platforms and should be treated as confidential operational data.
Acceptable use
You may not use StoryRank to access accounts or data without permission, violate platform rules, misuse credentials, bypass rate limits, interfere with service operation, upload malicious material, or publish content you do not have the right to use.
Service availability
StoryRank may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Third-party platform outages, API changes, permission changes, rate limits, deleted content, or revoked credentials may affect available data and publishing workflows.
No warranties
StoryRank is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryRank disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryRank will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform action, publication errors, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Termination
StoryRank may suspend or terminate access if an account is unauthorized, inactive, compromised, or used in a way that violates these Terms, platform rules, security requirements, or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
